Clive Thomson, Partner at Paris Smith LLP, has been appointed a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS)
ACTAPS is the blue-ribbon standard for lawyers specialising in contested trust, probate and inheritance cases’. To achieve the ACTAPS qualification Clive was able to do so based on his extensive experience of acting in contested matters.
Clive said, “I am delighted to qualify as a full member of ACTAPS. In an area so sensitive as contested wills and probate, it provides our clients with the additional assurance of our expertise in this increasingly complex area of law.”
