Head of Plot Sales – 5-10 years PQE – Southampton

We are looking for a talented solicitor or legal executive with 5 – 10 years’ experience to head up our Residential Estates team and to manage a Plot Sales team.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills/experience:

5-10 years’ experience of setting up residential estates
Experience of managing a team
The ability to manage and prioritise a significant workload
Strong inter-personal skills, including being a team player
Ensure the highest level of client care
