Intellectual Property Bill 2013
The Intellectual Property Bill 2013 has left the House of Lords after three months of scrutiny and will now progress to the first reading in the House of Commons. The proposed criminal sanctions regarding deliberate copying of a design have been amended in respect of ‘innocent’ infringement.
