Paris Smith LLP continues to develop talent with new trainees

Regional law firm Paris Smith LLP is demonstrating further commitment to the development of talent in the legal profession in Hampshire by welcoming four new trainee solicitors to the firm during its 200th year. Steven Adams, William Downer, Rachel Reynolds and Domonkos Szentpali will spend the next two years completing training contracts before qualifying as solicitors.
Steven Adams and William Downer join the firm having just graduated from university, while Rachel Reynolds and Domonkos Szentpali spent the last year working as paralegals at Paris Smith before securing training contracts at the firm. Over the next two years, they will develop their skills across a number of different disciplines within the firm at both its Southampton and Winchester offices.
Following completion of their training contracts, each of the trainees will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role at the firm.
Peter Taylor, Managing Partner of Paris Smith, commented: “We are proud of our commitment to the development of the next generation of lawyers. We are committed to nurturing talent within the firm to enable our staff to reach their full potential. Our training programme is a very important part of culture as a business. Our trainees have the opportunity to be both the future of the firm and part of our continued success.”
Recent participants of Paris Smith’s trainee programme include Zoe Culverwell, Sarah Hayes and Rachel Montgomery, who this year have all qualified as solicitors and secured permanent roles within the Paris Smith team.
