Paris Smith play key role in one of the major IT transactions of the year!
The corporate team at Paris Smith have played a key role in one of the major IT transactions of the year when it acted for the shareholders of UK Web Media Limited in their sale to a private equity house, Inflexion Private Equity.
This substantive deal involved an auction process with seller-led due diligence reports and deal documents issued via datarooms.
The transaction has created a multi-channel price comparison enabler in home services (energy, broadband, TV and telephone), through the simultaneous buyouts of Energy Helpline and UK Web Media.
