Paris Smith announces the appointment of Peter Home as Associate Partner within their Planning Consultancy team.
Peter brings over 15 years’ planning experience within both the public and private sectors, most recently with Turley.
With a background in planning policy gained at two planning authorities, Peter worked for central government on the creation of the Community Infrastructure Levy. In recent years he has specialised in residential sector applications, including several large, complex schemes and site promotion work for a broad range of clients.
Peter is an expert in helping clients navigate the nutrient neutrality issue which has impacted many proposals in Hampshire and other parts of the south of England since 2019.
