Kristina King, a Chartered Town Planner, has recently joined the Paris Smith Planning Team. Prior to joining Paris Smith Kristina completed a Spatial Planning Masters at Oxford Brookes University whilst working at Hampshire County Council where she worked for eight years within Planning Policy and the Development Management Team. Within the Development Management Team Kristina led on major developments within the education, healthcare, minerals and waste sectors.

Kristina advises clients on all aspects of planning from general permitted development rights and site feasibility studies through to securing planning permissions. She has significant experience at handling educational developments such as new primary schools, large secondary school expansions, new floodlit sports pitches and children’s homes as well as waste developments such as waste water treatment work upgrades, new anaerobic digestion and pyrolysis plants.

Kristina provides advice to companies, private individuals and local authorities on all matters relating to the planning process.
