Record round of promotions at Paris Smith solicitors


Paris Smith, the leading regional law firm with headquarters in Southampton and Winchester, announces 14 promotions to take effect from 1st January.

Four solicitors have been promoted to the position of Associate – Oliver Brady (Dispute Resolution), Emma Cole (Wills, Trusts & Estates), Sarah Hayes (Employment) and Fainche Whelan (Construction).

Six lawyers have been elevated to partnership. Tabytha Cunningham, Charlotte Farrell and Andrew Willshire are Employment solicitors. Tabytha and Charlotte work in a job share arrangement. Heather Souter and Dani Taylor are Family lawyers. Lisa Bray, also a Partner in the Family team, becomes a Member of the LLP.

Will Hadley, Head of Wills, Trusts & Estates, has been promoted to Full Share Member of the LLP.

In addition, partners Claire Merritt (Employment), Ed Power (Property Finance) and Jonathon Roy (Corporate) have all been elected to Paris Smith’s Strategic Board.
