Do small firms need consumer style protection?
The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has recently called upon the Government to implement changes to legislation offering small businesses the same level of consumer protection as domestic customers.
According to a new report, the FSB has discovered that many small businesses are significantly disadvantaged in comparison to larger businesses or domestic consumers who are afforded more protection when contracting for energy, telecoms or water providers.
