Solicitor 4+ years PQE – Corporate, Commercial & Finance

The Corporate, Commercial & Finance team are looking for a lawyer to join one of the largest corporate law practices on the South Coast. Please note that a mix of home and office working is available for this role.


You will need a minimum of four years PQE and have experience in a variety of corporate matters including:

  • mergers and acquisitions;
  • private equity funded transactions;
  • venture capital; and
  • other more general corporate work.

In addition, the successful candidate must be a team player, and possess the following attributes:

  • Strong technical ability
  • Exceptional client care skills
  • The ability to communicate complex law, scenarios and solutions in a simple and clear way, both verbally and in writing
  • Creativity
  • Be organised and a good time manager
  • The ability to think strategically and focus on outcome rather than just process

  • A commercial mindset
