Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market to the European Union Intellectual Property Office
On 23 March 2016, the Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) will change its name to the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Thank goodness! From now on all our Community Trade Marks (CTMs) will be known as European Union Trade Marks and clients will at long last know who and what we are referring to!
