OVERVIEW
The Home Office imposes strict sponsor duties on companies which hold a Sponsor Licence to sponsor overseas nationals on skilled worker (TC1) visas in the UK and this session examines how to comply with these duties. It covers topics including but not limited to:
- the record keeping and HR systems
- the reporting duties which apply to both the organisation and the individual workers
- the process for applying for certificates of sponsorship and how to prepare for and thrive during a compliance visit by the Home Office
