- Common pitfalls when negotiating a lease – and how to avoid them : One of our Property experts will discuss the common pitfalls that tenants should be aware of when negotiating some of the key clauses of a commercial lease and some practical solutions for avoiding them. We’ll also be taking a brief look at the progress being made in terms of the Law Commission’s consultation regarding the right to renew business tenancies in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
