This session deals with key legal issues which may affect your ability to maximise value and minimise risk on a sale of your business. In our experience, failure to address such issues before a sale process has begun can cause major disruption, and in some cases they can become poison pills.
The aim of this course is to use practical examples from real transactions to help you to assess whether your business can withstand a due diligence examination by a potential buyer, and identify whether a few potentially simple steps taken now could significantly improve your chances of a smooth, efficient and profitable exit.
