Women’s Health and Employment Law
This training will look at the specific issues that arise in terms of women’s
health and the intersection with employment law. Women are often paid in
employment during times when their bodies are in fluctuating states such
as during pregnancy, post pregnancy, during menopause and beyond. This
session will have a particular focus on the HR and legal considerations
- Pregnancy and pregnancy related illnesses
- IVF and fertility
- Miscarriage and stillbirth
- Post-natal depression
- Periods and endometriosis
