We mean it when we say we want everyone to be the best they can be. Our Career Development & Leadership Academy available to all staff, provides ongoing learning and development, enabling individuals to build on core skills for their individual roles and have the opportunity to:

  • be the best version of themselves;
  • to optimise their talents; and
  • to find their work rewarding and fulfilling.

The Academy provides relevant, expert and inspiring management and leadership learning and development support led by very experienced coaching professionals. There are a range of programmes and qualifications for partners and staff across the whole firm from senior leaders and lawyers to business support and administration teams.

Sessions on offer include:

  • Commercial acumen
  • Personal management and effectiveness
  • Business development and marketing
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication building client relationships

In addition to this, technical training is available to all staff and continued professional development supported. Whether this involves keeping legal knowledge up to date or learning new skills, there are training courses available to suit everyone. These are provided via different external training providers with which we have long-established relationships.
