Liam is a Partner specialising in banking and finance.
He offers technically sound and commercially focused advice to corporates, banks and other creditors on bilateral and syndicated debt finance transactions across the credit spectrum, including:
- real estate investment and development financings;
- leveraged and acquisition financings, recapitalisations and restructurings; and
- asset, working capital and cashflow financings.
Liam also deals with loan servicing and general corporate banking work and can advise on a wide range of debt facilities, security structures and intercreditor arrangements at all layers of the capital stack.
Liam studied law at the University of Southampton and the National University of Singapore, graduating with first class honours. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (Guildford) with a distinction.
