  • Providing detailed planning appraisals to help rural and agricultural clients understand the redevelopment or diversification potential of their estates
  • Helping a cafe to overcome an enforcement issue requiring the submission of a successful retrospective change of use application
  • Providing a Local Authority Development Control Team with short notice support to determine thirty planning applications
  • Helping individuals and groups of neighbours with support and representation to oppose unpopular planning applications
