A very warm welcome to The PS Community Hub,
We are all working and living in a new environment. We are adjusting to not meeting in person, in coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Some will find it easier to embrace than others. Just because you are working remotely does not mean you have to be or feel alone. Each day provides a learning experience about ourselves, others and our world.
We believe maintaining physical and mental fitness as well as staying connected is a vital part of supporting each other through this period, sharing thoughts, tips and ideas. The PS Community Hub provides support for health and wellbeing of anyone who is now working at home for an extended period, finding it challenging, feeling anxious or isolated.
Take and use the content as you wish. Let us know what is working for you so that we can share it on this Community Hub. We shall include as many of the suggestions as we can.
