The PS Community Hub

Amazing things can happen when we unite

Welcome to The PS Community Hub. This is a free resource for everyone to take, share and contribute ideas to support each other’s physical and mental wellbeing. We believe in the enjoyment of a healthy and fulfilling life, all to be the best they can be and for each of us to play our part in helping our communities and the region to thrive for years to come.

The PS Community Hub - Welcome from Peter Taylor, Managing Partner

A very warm welcome to The PS Community Hub,

We are all working and living in a new environment. We are adjusting to not meeting in person, in coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Some will find it easier to embrace than others. Just because you are working remotely does not mean you have to be or feel alone. Each day provides a learning experience about ourselves, others and our world.

We believe maintaining physical and mental fitness as well as staying connected is a vital part of supporting each other through this period, sharing thoughts, tips and ideas. The PS Community Hub provides support for health and wellbeing of anyone who is now working at home for an extended period, finding it challenging, feeling anxious or isolated.

Take and use the content as you wish. Let us know what is working for you so that we can share it on this Community Hub. We shall include as many of the suggestions as we can.

The ideas and suggestions we include are just that. There is no financial or other benefit to Paris Smith in these ideas and they do not constitute legal advice! We do not take responsibility if they don’t work for you but would love to hear whether they did or not. Let us know any websites, apps or other resources which you have found helpful by emailing

We are very grateful for the support of our founding partner in this initiative, LOCALiQ , and their team in Southampton, with their global experience in regional media and digital strategies.

We also thank our contributors.

We hope you will find The PS Community Hub helpful.

Best wishes
