I am head of the Residential Property team including the Plot Sales team and New Build Purchase team in our Southampton office.

I have over 25 years experience including:

new build sales and purchases;
buy to let purchases including HMOs;
mortgage and remortgages;
leasehold and setting up of new leases;
buying properties with the benefit of the HTB Scheme;
transfers of equity;
purchase of shared ownership properties; and
auction sales and purchases.

I have wide experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing but my specialist areas of practice are acting for buy to let property investors in all aspect of their portfolio management and acting for buyers of new build properties.
