I am a Legal Executive in the Commercial Disputes team. I have over 20 years experience in litigation, dealing with a range of disputes. I specialise in:
- asset based finance litigation; and
- debt recovery.
I assist my wide variety of clients in achieving commercial settlements efficiently and constructively, having total regard to their individual business needs.
Whilst my expertise lies with the court process and the often complex litigation procedures that occur, I also take part in forms of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
