• development finance; and
• insolvency related disposals and acquisitions.

I am a member of Networking Chandlers Ford and Southampton Property Association.

I also support and advise my clients on a diverse range of general commercial property issues including lease renewals, property portfolio management, planning agreements, licences and secured lending and I have built up extensive knowledge within this area, together with a substantial network of expert contacts.
