I am a specialist with over 6 years of experience dealing with:

advising on and drafting wills;
advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney;
advising on and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney;
advising on and drafting applications to the Court of Protection – including Deputyship applications for Property and Financial Affairs, Health & Welfare, Statutory Wills and
gift applications;
advising on mental capacity and care disputes with local authorities and care providers; and
the management of the financial affairs for a person lacking mental capacity

Having specialised in court of protection for a number of years, I can provide my clients with the expertise and knowledge to understand and navigate the complex system that is required to manage the affairs of a vulnerable person. I can support my clients in making long-term decisions regarding their financial and well-being affairs.
