Paralegal - Property Finance
I am a paralegal within the Property Finance team. I act on behalf of lender banks and deal with the renewal and negotiation of commercial leases and advise banks on taking security over residential, commercial and mixed use properties.
I have a keen eye for detail and ensure each transaction is dealt with efficiently to meet the needs of our clients and all parties involved.
Prior to working for Paris Smith I worked within civil litigation acting and assisting private and commercial clients within property law and debt & asset recovery.
