My experience
Having read law at University College London, I was called to the Bar at Middle Temple. After about five years in practice I transferred and re-qualified as a solicitor. I later returned to the Bar, took silk and became Head of Chambers at 29 Bedford Row. I had a successful career conducting a wide range of commercial and civil litigation including partnership and shareholder disputes. I was appointed as a Recorder and from time to time sat as an Arbitrator. Eventually I became a Circuit Judge and was also authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in the Queens
Bench Division.
I have a wealth of experience specialising in commercial and corporate litigation but am also skilled in other types of dispute resolution.
Over many years I have also dealt with a range of professional negligence cases. Primarily they involved architects and engineers, accountants, solicitors and clinical negligence.
