I am an associate in the Commercial Disputes team advising and representing a broad range of organisations of all sizes.

I specialise in:

liability/Insurance litigation (employer, product and public);
creditor services including money and asset recovery;
commercial and contractual disputes involving businesses;
insolvency based litigation including winding up and bankruptcy procedures;
alternative dispute resolution.

I am able to use my experience to work with clients to resolve their disputes in the most cost effective way, to achieve the best outcome at the earliest opportunity and in line with my clients’ business needs and objectives.

In cases where proceedings are necessary and cannot be avoided I have a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the court rules to help my clients through the court process using the best procedure to achieve a successful outcome and protect my clients’ interests wherever possible.
