Totalmobile Limited cross border acquisition of Geopol
Paris Smith, led by Corporate partner Amanda Brockwell acted for Totalmobile in its cross-border acquisition of Geopol, a Dublin-based workforce tech firm, which provides a suite of software used by businesses to manage staff and ensure productivity and health and safety compliance.

SHB Hire disposal
Paris Smith team, led by corporate partner Jonathon Roy, represented the shareholders of Hampshire based SHB Hire on the sale of the company to Enterprise Rent-a-Car. The acquisition was the largest ever transaction undertaken by Enterprise outside North America.
