I am an associate solicitor in the Winchester Corporate team advising on:
- UK and cross border acquisitions and disposals of companies;
- management buyouts;
- shareholders agreements;
- EMI Option; and
- equity investments.
I have substantial experience in working in the technology, waste management, hospitality, engineering and residential property development sectors.
I also work on company re-organisations and demergers and provide support on banking matters.
I focus on commercial knowledge and experience to find practical solutions for clients.
In my sector specialisms, my knowledge of industry requirements and trends enables me to proactively advise clients on which areas to focus in preparation for sale and during the due diligence process.
I use my project management skills to facilitate the transactional process and assist clients with meeting deadlines at different stages of the transaction.
