I have a varied practice that includes:

rural and agricultural property work – including farm and land sales and purchases; advising on a diversified agricultural or estate holding including land sales, overage, land promotion agreements and setting up and running commercial let units;
commercial landlord and tenant work, – advising both landlords on portfolio sites and standard estate leases; and tenants taking a new or renewal lease including where appropriate due diligence on the landlord’s title;
commercial property – leasehold and freehold sales and purchases;
commercial property and agricultural property financing; and
leases and sales and purchases of equestrian commercial businesses both as a going concern or property alone transaction including racing and competition yards.

My role is to ensure that my clients’ property transactions are dealt with as swiftly and efficiently as possible with as little stress to the individual and disturbance to the commercial activities carried on as possible. I like to build long term relationships and understand the whole nature of my clients business in order to give holistic advice that may include seeking further legal or accountancy advice before proceeding to ensure any property transaction is structured in the best way for them and their business.
