My experience
I’m an Associate within the Banking & Finance team, based in Southampton.
I regularly act for and assist lenders and borrowers on a broad range of transactions, including investment, development, acquisition and asset financing. I also advise on security documents, intercreditor arrangements and general corporate banking matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction.
