My experience
I am a solicitor within the Banking & Finance team based in Southampton. I trained with Paris Smith after joining the firm in October 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2023.
I act for and assist both lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions including investment and development, acquisition and asset financings. I also frequently advise on security documents, intercreditor arrangements and general corporate banking matters.
