My experience
I am a Solicitor in the Employment Team, having completed my training contract with the firm in 2025. I advise on both contentious and non-contentious areas of Employment Law and have experience in advising both employees and employers on a range of matters. I have a specific focus on advising employees on settlement agreement exits, mass settlement agreement projects, and in relation to disciplinary, performance, capability, and redundancy matters. I also assist with Employment Tribunal claims, employer advisory work, and corporate support (including due diligence).
I am trained to help clients with Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) through the use of our specialist AI redaction tool.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
