My experience
I am a solicitor in our Family team, advising clients in all aspects of private family law. My work covers, but is not limited to, divorce and separation, financial settlements following relationship breakdown, cohabitation, private children matters and domestic abuse.
I work closely with partner Frank Prior, on a caseload that includes advising clients nationally and internationally, on often complex and high-net-worth cases involving substantial assets and sophisticated financial structures such as companies, investments, pensions, and trusts. I take a measured and strategic approach to each case, ensuring clients receive pragmatic advice tailored to their personal and financial circumstances.
I also work closely with Frank on a wide range of private children law matters, including living and child arrangements, parental disagreements (such as schooling and medical treatment), complex allegations (such as alienating behaviours and abuse) and relocation within the UK and internationally. I deliver calm, compassionate advice that helps clients navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence.
Prior to joining Paris Smith, I worked in London as a family paralegal and subsequently as a trainee solicitor, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of family law matters and undertaking my own advocacy at court.

I am based in our Bournemouth office but can meet clients in any of our offices or remotely.
