My experience
I am an Associate in the the Property Finance team where I specialise in property finance/secured lending work and advise banks on taking security over investment properties (both buy-to-let residential and commercial) and property portfolios.
I adopt a proactive attitude and use my property finance knowledge to ensure that each transaction is dealt with efficiently within the parties’ desired timescales.
