My experience
I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department, based at our Winchester office. My main area of practice is contentious trusts and probate matters. I’m also regularly involved in High Court litigation concerning challenges to the validity of Wills and codicils, Inheritance Act claims and disputes between trustees and beneficiaries.
I have experience of a wide range of contentious matters, acting for both companies and individuals, and assist the firm’s Property Litigation team with residential possession proceedings.
