Associate - New Build Team Leader
My experience
I am an Associate in the Commercial Property & Planning department. I have almost 10 years’ experience in property law, acting for a range of clients in respect of:
- sales and purchases of residential properties;
- sales and purchases of commercial and mixed use properties;
- property development (buying land for development, planning agreements, services easements);
- commercial leases, including assignments and surrenders;
- property finance; and
- title issues (including deeds of variation and covenant advice).
I am the Team Leader of both Plot Sales and New Homes. Our Plot Sales team acts for national and regional housebuilders in the sale of new build residential properties. Our New Homes team acts for buyers on other new build sites, as well as on any associated sales or mortgages.
We understand the time pressures involved in new build conveyancing and work with our clients closely to ensure transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
