My experience
I joined Paris Smith as a trainee in 2017, qualifying as a solicitor in the Commercial Property department in October 2019.
During my time in the Commercial Property department I have gained experience in landlord and tenant transactions, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work, covering:
- office
- retail
- hospitality
- industrial/warehouse
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients including individuals, independent businesses as well as larger, national brands and companies. I work hard to protect my clients’ commercial interests, whilst fostering constructive relationships to achieve efficient outcomes.
I work closely with our Property Litigation team and regularly draft and negotiate renewal leases as part of proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
I assist our Company Commercial team with commercial property aspects of corporate transactions.
