My experience
I am a partner and Joint Head of the Property Department, and I head up the Property Finance Dual Representation team.
My areas of expertise include:
- property finance – acting for both lenders and borrowers;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- landlord and tenant;
- portfolio management; and
- property aspects of business sales and purchases/corporate support work.
I advise a broad range of clients including banks, investors, retailers, recruitment consultants, marina operators, landlords, tenants and private individuals.
