My experience
I am a paralegal within the residential property team. My main area of expertise is in plot sales. I act for house builders and developers on newbuild sales. The majority of the time my work is on leasehold flats, but occasionally also on freehold houses.
As well as plot sales, I also deal with the sale of freeholds on blocks of leasehold flats.
I use my expertise in the area to prepare detailed document packs for buyer’s solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the transaction in order to achieve 28 day exchange deadlines.
