My experience
I am a Paralegal in the Property team at Paris Smith, based in the Bournemouth office. I work closely with lawyers and clients, supporting matters and helping transactions progress efficiently.
My role includes drafting documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting matters from instruction through to completion. I help keep matters organised and ensure key stages are met.
I work on a range of commercial and residential property matters, including sales and acquisitions, lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters, and refinancing transactions. I bring a proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, and work collaboratively to support a positive client experience.
