My experience
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and have 20 years of experience specialising in private client work.
I advise a wide range of clients from those who have small estates to high net worth clients, clients with businesses and those with complex family arrangements. I have also worked closely with national charities advising them on estate administration issues.
I specialise in:
- Administration of estates, including variations
- Drafting Wills
- Tax and estate planning
- Powers of attorney
- Trust work
- Declarations of trust
I am experienced in dealing with complex estate administration issues such as double probates, intestacy issues, dealing with foreign estates/assets, dealing with claims for agricultural property relief/business property relief, complex family arrangements and making unusual probate applications.
I pride myself on being approachable, and providing my clients with clear, understandable advice and solutions to ensure that their legal objectives are achieved.
I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). I am the Treasurer of the South Central Solicitors for the Elderly Committee.
