My experience
I am an Associate in our Family team, with extensive experience in all aspects of private family law. My practice is dedicated to assisting clients through the challenges of relationship breakdown, including divorce and separation, the division of finances, and often arrangements for their children going forward. I also provide advice to clients dealing with cohabitation disputes and injunctive proceedings regarding applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
I work closely with the head of our Family team, and regularly assist on high-net worth divorce cases involving complex family dynamics and intricate asset structures including but not limited to companies, businesses, investments, properties, pensions and trusts.
My expertise in children related matters extends to advising clients in respect of all children aspects, to include issues relating to contact and living arrangements, decisions relating to education, and relocation of children both within the jurisdiction and internationally. I approach my cases with a profound understanding of how children of different ages perceive the world and how divorce and separation can impact their lives; I have completed the What About Henry training course, empowering me to ensure my practice is both psychologically informed and child-centred.
As a member of Resolution, I am committed to resolving all family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational manner where possible. This affiliation allows me to access valuable resources and collaborate effectively with peers, enriching the quality of service I provide to my clients. I am known for both my professionalism and approachability; I take the time to guide my clients through all of their legal options, enabling them to make well-informed decisions so that they can choose the best route forward for themselves and their families.
