I am an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and am currently working towards qualification as both a licenced conveyancer and chartered legal executive.
I deal with a range of residential matters including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Right to buy purchases
- Auction sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- First registrations of unregistered land
