My experience
I am a Chartered Legal Executive in the Property Finance team. I specialise in property finance/secured lending work and advise borrowers on various banks taking security over their investment properties (both buy-to-let residential and commercial) and property portfolios.
I use my property finance knowledge and a proactive approach to ensure that each transaction is dealt with efficiently within the parties’ desired timescales.
