My experience
I am a Chartered Legal Executive within the Commercial Property department. I qualified in 2022 specialising in commercial property, having gained experience working for both local government and a full service regional private practice firm.
I have acted for a wide range of clients including a local authority, banks, building societies and commercial landlords and tenants.
My main areas of practice include:
- acting for landlords and tenants in commercial property transactions;
- general commercial property matters; and
- real estate finance (acting for banks and building societies in secured lending).
I always use clear and effective communication when advising clients to ensure that they understand their legal position and to avoid misunderstandings. This also helps me to establish good lasting and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues whilst working on transactions.
