My experience
I am a corporate solicitor based in the Winchester office. I act for a range of companies across various sectors.
I am a member of Paris Smith’s Agriculture team, advising farming businesses, landowners and rural enterprises on a range of corporate matters. I also lead the firm’s Equestrian Law team, bringing together specialists from across the firm to support clients operating in the equestrian sector.
My main practice areas include:
- UK and cross border acquisitions and disposals of companies;
- business and asset acquisitions and disposals;
- company constitutional matters;
- corporate restructures; and
- EMI options.
