Paralegal vacancy – Commercial Property – Southampton


We are looking for a paralegal to join our Commercial Property department in Southampton.

We are looking for a talented Paralegal to join our Commercial Property team in Southampton and underpin two of our property Partners. This is primarily a commercial landlord and tenant role however, experience and an interest in property law generally will be welcomed. The successful candidate will work for a range of clients including institutions, national businesses, private investors developers and private land owners carrying out a range of high-quality work.

The key attributes for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • A good team player
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Previous experience of dealing with leasehold property transactions
  • A desire to learn and develop
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
