BY CAR
Please note we don’t have onsite parking. The closest options are Madeira Road Multistorey, Cotlands Road and Lansdowne Road, plus Asda opposite (3 hours free via the underpass).
Avalon from the West
If you’re heading to Avalon from the west – say, coming from Dorchester or Poole :
- Start on the A35 eastbound, heading toward Bournemouth
- Merge onto the A338 Wessex Way via the roundabout near Poole
- Continue on the A338 for several miles until you reach the St. Paul’s Roundabout in Bournemouth
- Take the first exit onto Holdenhurst Road
- After about 200 metres, turn left onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your right-hand side, near the junction with Lansdowne Road
Avalon from the East
If you’re approaching Avalon from the east, say, coming from Christchurch or the A31 corridor:
- Head west on the A35 toward Bournemouth
- Merge onto the A338 Wessex Way at the Blackwater Junction
- Continue on the A338 for several miles until you reach the St Paul’s Roundabout
- Take the second exit onto Holdenhurst Road
- After about 200 metres, turn left onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your right-hand side, just before Lansdowne Road
Avalon from the North
If you’re heading to Avalon from the north – say, coming from Salisbury or Ringwood :
- Take the A338 southbound toward Bournemouth
- Stay on the A338 as it becomes Wessex Way approaching the town
- At the St. Paul’s Roundabout, take the second exit onto Holdenhurst Road
- Drive about 200 metres, then turn left onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your right-hand side, just before Lansdowne Road
Parking Tip: Avalon is in a busy business district, so nearby public car parks like Madeira Road Multistorey, Cotlands Road Car Park, or Lansdowne Road Car Park are your best bet. You can also park for up to 3 hours free at the Asda car park across the road in front of the building (access via the underpass).

BY TRAIN
Avalon is conveniently located just a short walk from Bournemouth Railway and CrossCountry:
- From London Waterloo, direct trains take around 1 hour 50 minutes
- From Southampton, it’s about 40 minutes
- From Bristol, expect a journey of around 2.5 hours with a change at Southampton or Reading
Walking from Bournemouth Station to Avalon:
- Exit the station and head southwest on Holdenhurst Road
- Walk approximately 500 metres (about 6-8 minutes)
- Turn right onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your right-hand side, near the junction with Lansdowne Road

ON FOOT
Avalon is located in the Lansdowne business district, just a short stroll from key transport hubs and central Bournemouth landmarks.
From Bournemouth Railway Station:
- Exit the station and head southwest on Holdenhurst Road
- Walk for about 500 metres (roughly 6-8 minutes)
- Turn right onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your right-hand side, near the junction with Lansdowne Road
From Bournemouth Town Centre:
- Head northeast on Old Christchurch Road toward Lansdowne
- Turn left onto Lansdowne Road, then right onto Oxford Road
- Avalon will be on your left, just past the Cotlands Road Car Park

The nearest airport to Avalon is Bournemouth Airport (BOH), located about 6 miles northeast of the town centre.
By Taxi:
- The quickest option – takes around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic
By Bus:
- Take the Yellow Buses service 737 from the airport to Bournemouth Interchange (coach and train station)
- From there, it’s a 6-8 minute walk to Avalon via Holdenhurst Road, then Oxford Road

When you make your appointment, you will be told what you need to bring but typically it would be appropriate identification and any relevant documentation to your query.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes we are happy to have a meeting online. This can be done in various ways, by Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Facetime etc.

Our office is on the 9th floor of Avalon, 26-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ. You can get full directions from this page. Unfortunately there is not any parking available but there are several car parks in close proximity to the building. Details of which you can get from this page.
Do you handle cases outside Dorset?
Yes we have clients from across the UK and abroad, so distance is not a problem as we can have virtual meetings.
