I am a solicitor in the Commercial Property department dealing with:
- Landlord and tenant transactions (industrial, office, restaurants/takeaways, agricultural)
- Residential developments
- Acquisitions and refinancings (most recently concerning a number of nurseries)
- Wayleaves and easements
- General commercial property
I spent the first part of my career specialising in property finance transactions. I remain interested in this work and act for borrowers and/or lenders dealing with:
- Residential buy-to-lets
- Offices
- Restaurants/takeaways
- Holiday lets
- Unregistered land
I seek to ensure that all matters are dealt with as efficiently as possible, while ensuring the best position for my clients.
I also appreciate the importance of keeping clients up-to-date on matters as I drive them forward.
