My experience
As a solicitor in the Commercial Department, I assist a range of individuals and businesses with:
- commercial contracts between businesses (B2B) and businesses and consumers (B2C), including terms and conditions and agreements for the supply of goods and/or services;
- data protection compliance;
- consumer law advice;
- website documents such as privacy policies, cookie policies and website terms;
- intellectual property matters including assignments and licenses of IP;
- franchise advice; and
- support on corporate transactions.
I am also a member of the Charities Department, with a focus on guiding clients through the foundation stages of establishing their charity and assisting with the Charity Commission registration process.
